NORWEGIAN STEAMER SUNK.
Received 12.5 a.m., Aug. 30 , LONDON, Aug. 29. me Norwegian steamer Kongsli, 9300 tons valued at £450,000, was sunk off the Spanish coaat. She was bound to Ji<urope from America. The Kongsli had been previously torpedoed in the Channel, arid repaired.
