The English Pierrots, under the direction of "Will and Rob Thomas, will give their unique entertainment at the Opera House on Thursday and. Friday next. It is about five .years since this clever combination appeared in this town, since which time the winter seasons have been filled in at Perth, and the summer seasons at the St. Kilda Pavilion, Melbourne, where they played seven months prior to coming to the Dominion on the present tour Over two thousand performances have been recorded during the 12 summer seasons at St. Kilda. Each member of tho company is reputed to be an artist of particular merit. Included in the com-" pany is Mr W. P. Turner, comedian, whoso cheery personality will be recalled with pleasure from previous visits, when ho presented some items of extremely fine comedy and excellent acting. Miss Elsa .Langley (comedienne) is .sti.U a member of the- company. with which she has been associated for over ten years. The English Pierrots come with a reputation built on merit, and doubtless their appearance is being a-fcaited with pleasurable anticipation. The box plan opens at H. I. Jones1 on Monday nest.
