INTOLERANCE.
" A good word for the "movies1" was put in by Mr C. H. Poole in the House on Wednesday night. While hoping that the amusement tax would not hit the picture shows too severely he believed that .with strict censorship pictutes would be a valuable asset to the community.
Hon. Mr Russell: ':The trouble is that the p;cture people say that if yci raise the pictures abc^c suspicion they will not draw the people to see them." Members ■ " Oh! Oh!"
Mr Payne: "Nothing of the sort."
A member: (' 'Intolerance' was no Koorl because it was not spicy enough." Mr WiU'ord: "Intolerance is rievei> any good."
