(Per .Press Association.) WELLINGTON, August 16. His Excellency the Governor-General has been informed by^ cable that His Majesty the King has been graciously pleased to appoint Surgeon-General R. S. F. Henderson, R.A.M.C, Directorbeneral of Medical Services in New Zetland, a member of the third class, or Companion of the Most Honourable Order of the Bath. .
