The Czar and family have removed front Tsarskoevelo to a destination which will be announced later. Complete jsecrecy shrouds their removal, which was resolved upon in the middle of July, upon political and military grounds, by the Provisional Government, without consultation with the Soldiers' and Workmen's Council. Every precaution was taken to ensure their safe removaL
