NEW PLYMOUTH HOSPITAL CRISIS.
NEW PLYMOUTH, August 1 5. At the Hospital Board meeting today the resignations of Dr Walker, medical superintendent, and other members of the medical staff were received. This is the outcome of long-standing friction, which was brought to a head lately by the Board ordering an inquiry into the suspension of a. junior nurse, which the medical staff regarded &.s tanta-mount-to a vote cf want of confidence in the staff.
