KERENSKY'S PROPHECY.
(Reuter.) Received August 15, 5.5 p.m. PBTROGRAD, August 14. Kerensky, replying to the King's message, states: I am certain the Russian people will find the necessary strength to surmount the grave trials of the present time and conduct the war to an end worthy of the terrible sacrifices made.
