ANOTHER STEAMER MISSING.
SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES,

MELBOURNE, August 15
The Navy Office reports that the Burns-Philip steamer Matunga, en route from Sydney to .Rabaiu-1, ,is seven days overdue. It is feared she has been lost as the result of an internal explosion. She carried a small military detachment for Rabaul.
