AMERICA AND THE WAR.
WASHINGTON, August 13
A resolution has been introduced into the Senate that foreign language newspapers must print in a parallel column the English translation of any criticism of the President or American's war policies. Any naturalised citizens writing such criticisms will be deprived of naturalisation and ' deported.
WASHINGTON, August 13. The Governors of Idaho, Utah, Washington, Nevada, Montana, and Oregon are conferring regarding cooperative action tj suppress the I.W.W. agitation.
