MEXICO AND GERMANY.
ANOTHER GERMAN PLOT
A VALUABLE DISCOVERY
NEW YORK,-August 13
A despatch from Mexico City states that a powerful wireless plant has been discovered in the lighthouse on Lobos Island. It is believed possible that a German information station so situated could easily learn and transmit sailings of the Allies' oil ships from Mexico. The lightkeeper was unable to satisfactorily explain the existence of the plant, and has been arrested.
