DISGRACED REGIMENTS
PETROGKRAD, August 12. General Korniloff has ordered the Guards regiments which bolted from Tarnopol to forfeit all privileges, and will replace the disgraced regiments after the war with those having a better record, who will form the nucleub of a Republican Guard.
