WELLINGTON, August 11. At the Supreme Court, Marcus Joseph Patrick Keogh was charged with forging an .application for a newspaper re>~ porter's railway ticket. The jur?. after a retirement of- three-quarters o? an hour, returned with a verdict of not guilty, and accused was discharged.
