Wall, Collins, Wright, MewbJa 23. • . Word was received in town last even, ing that the rink skipped by Eraser (St. John's Ciub) at the Palmerston tournament had won their section. The finals are being played to-day. At the Cambridge tournament Gordon's riuls have had six wins, one loss, and one game unfinished. They expect to nic mi their section. A most enjoyable tournament was held at St. John's green yesterday,, when eight rinks were engaged. These were skipped by Galbraith, Laird, Armstrong, Coltman, Moffatt, Holloway, Paterson and Hodson, the first four forming a section and the latter four another section. '■ Thr.ee- games were piayed, and the result was a win for Armstrong's rink in the first section, they winning all their games. In the other section Moifatt, Holioway, and Hodson each won two games, in the semi-finals Hodson 13 beat Armstrong 12, and Moffatt 25 beat Hoiioway 8. Hodson and Moffatt are to meet this afternoon in the final.
