WELLINGTON, Nov. 27. llie Presbyterian Assembly was today occupied with reports on schools i colleges established under the church s aegis, all showing satisfactory progress and good work done. It was reported that the Christchurch Presbytery would probably shortly undertake the founding of a boys' college. J

Shirer and Chaplains Scott and Gilbert from ]j eut' ham and Featherston Camps addressed the Assembly, and were <nven a hearty reception. *i A communication was received from "the V.M.C.A., to which a reply is to be sent by the Moderator.
