LONDON, Nov. 26. A. German communique states: We capture Rammicuveteica, in the Alt valThe Roumanians are still stubbornly resisting, but the roads eastward of the Alt are crowded with fleeing baggage waggons We are in touch with the forces which crossed the Danube. The latter are now before Alexandria NEW YORK, Nov. 26. Despatches from the United Press Berlin correspondent, who is in the lransylvaman Alps, state that there is great suffering among the Roumanian women and children refugees Airmen report that the roads are black with waggon loads feeing from Klein, in fallaclua, towards the Alt River. T? n *alkenhayn admits that it is terrible that women and children should suiter such misery. Falkenhayn, interviewed, said he was not anxious to take Bucharest as that would :nean that he would be compellad to feed the population. He said : "Our tasl^is to destroy the Roumanian army. I'alkenhayn. is hurrying the operations, endeavouring to prevent reintorcements from Monastir and Russia reaching Roumania.
