THE LATE FRANZ JOSEF.
AMSTERDAM, Nov. 26. The Emperor Franz Josef's will thanks the nation for its faithful love in times of happiness and hardship, also the navy and army. He says he was proud of their victories, whilst undeserved misfortunes had caused him bitter pam. A will written in 1914 after the Archduke Ferdinand's death, bequeaths the bulk of his enormous fortune to members of his famiiy, principally his daughters Valeric and Gisella. Besides the Kaiser and Kaiserin, all German Sovereigns, the King of Bulgaria, the Dowager Queen of Spain and one of King Alfonso's children are expected at the funeral. The late Emperor was considered the wealthiest man in Europe, and the pubhs are interestedly Awaiting the terms of ms will, to see yhether he has made legacies to Court favourites.
