GREEK KING'S HELP APPRECIATED.

BRITAIN MUST BE DESTROYED

AMSTERDAM, Oct. 12. In the Reichstag, Herr Basserraann, speaking as the reporter for the Foreign Affairs Committee, said that the general eituation was satisfactory and hopeful* The committee appreciated King Constantine'e attitude. The committee had discussed the submarine policy, but did not reach agreement or make recommendations. It had decided against a public discussion for f,ear that it might damage the country's interests. The submarine successes in the Atlantic indicated Germany's martial spirit. The commanders would follow the instructions not to give any opportunity for complaints. Peace can only be expected when the enemy is defeated.
