Fisher's proposal for a wireless compass for the Three Kings, and unanimously decided that a first-class light and fog-signal on the summit of the Big King is the only satisfactory and acceptable scheme-of marking the dangers of the Three Kings, and the" meeting called on the Minister of Marine to fulfil his rja'omise, given to its representatives, to light the Three Kings. Captain Ross (chairman) said that so far as he ivas concerned this wouldl be the last meeting called to consider negotiations with the Minister of Marine. Mr. Fisher's remarks contained glaring mis-statements almost beyond conception, coming from a Minister of the •Crown. The chairman' was strongly urged to reconsider his decision, and a.resolution, asking him to do so was carried unanimously, and he agreed.
