SYDNEY,,Mar. 23. At the Exeter inquest, Mr Lucy, chief mechanical engineer, 'estimated that the speed of the mail train was from 15 to 20 miles an hour. An expert signaller stated at the demonstration to the jury that a mixed signal was shown —distant at eiearj and home at danger.
