Receivfed 11.25 p.m., Mar. 23. STOCKHOLM, Mar. 23. Palander's expedition is intended to complete Nordenskjold's investigation of Graham Land The base will be on the east coast of the Antarctic Sound. Special attention will be paid to the mountain range andate possible connection with the mountain system in South America, also fossil formations, glacier process, and atmospheric variations.
