STOCKHOLM, Mar. 22.
Admiral Palander, chairman of the Antarctic Committee and Society of Anthropology and Geography, has outlined the plans for an expedition costing £27,000. Koenig is starting in the summer of 1915, and is expected to be absent for five years. Six scientists^ including two Englishmen, will participate. Half the cost will be provided by the British Museum, the Royal Society, and the Royal Geographical Society.. The scientific collection will be divided) between Sweden!and England.
