(Irom Our Own Correspondent.) WAVERLEY, April 26. With a view to interesting Waverley farmers in the big movement, having for its object the co-operation of all farmers in Taranaki, Mr. G. H. Buckeridgc, organising secretary of the Farmers' Co-operative Organisation Society, will be present at the annual meeting of the .Waverlev Branch of the Farmers' Union on Friday next. The ladies connected with the Wavorley -Anglican Church have decided to hold a. bazaar during the winter. There is to be no organised sewing guild this year, tTie ladies having signified their intention of doing bazaar work m their own homes.

A practice match of Wavorley Rifle Club ivas held on Saturday afternoon last, when Rifleman Shipman topped the score with 66.. Rifleman Irvine being next highest with 64. The ranges were 300 and 600 yards. Mr. J. Pepper, an enthusiastic supporter of the club, has presented a gold medal for competition. The best two scores for three shoots will bs taken.
