STRAINED RELATIONS
To Mr 'Collins: The d^-p-nscd son and his wife at Wellington lived very happily until he came to Marton. Then, -when Miss Gordon came between them, relations /between husband and wife was strained. Deceased's wife had taken certain Court proceedings. The two deceased were photographed together, and when the wife found out where the rihoto-was- to ibe sent, she instituted proceedings for a separation^ these were ultimately . quashed. . Witness' son had admitted that when he first 'became acquainted; with 'Miss Gordon be had represented himself to.be a single man.
