•Received 10.20 p.m., Dec. 13! * LONDON, Dec. 13
The "Daily Telegraph's" Belgrade correspondent says that a Servian officer who was captured Iby .the Albanians has been 'brought to the hospital wd'fcih his eyes gouged outj bis ears-and nose cut off, and other mutilations. When rescued his clothes were sfcaurated with petroleum, and he was on the point of being set fire 'to. His mother came to the hospital, and was so appalled by the sight that she fell dead. The atrocity tends to explain the action of some of the irregular _ Balkan, soldiery towards the. Albanians.
