WHO PAYS THE DOCTOR'S BILL?
At Feildiing Magistrate's Court to-day J. BeLfit was sued 'by Dr McAllum for £7 for professional services (rendered to v Mrs Pope, mother of Mrs BeMt. The defendant mlaintaaned that the amount should 'be paid ,by 'Mrs Pope's son, a doctor residing at Paknerston. The S.M. considered that defendant should try to recover from Dr Pope. Judlgment was given against defendant accordingly.
