LONDON, Dec. 12. Francis J. Tarr, a, «well-knoi\vn and reapeoted British -solicitor, died suddenly.- I Investigation showed!. that he was insolvent, and had been misappropriating the money of women clients for many years. The deficiency is £31,000. .'■
