CALCUTTA, December 12.' Bibu, Clarke's former servant, in giving evidence said Clarke called him into his bedroom and gave him three powders and ordered him to put them in Mem Saihib's tea. He jpromiised 50 rupees to Bibu, -and .threatened to throttle him if anything leaked out. Witness hajided Mem Sahib the pow-s ders, and said he wanted to leave, and she gave him his wages. The Court announced thh^E owing to the chemical report Clarke and Mrs. Fulham would be charged with the at-, tempted poisoning of Fulham at Meerut in 1911, and also with his actual murder at Agra in November.
