Interviewed by "Le Temps," Novakovitch stated that Servia insisted on tho possession of a port on the Adriatic. Servians were unable "to explain the puzzling, and disquieting attitude of Austria-Hungary. Despite the Austrian menace, Servia was leaving her troops m Turkey.
