TLo I3ill promised by the, Minister of Labour to provide a six days' week for hotel and restaurants lias been circulated. For assistants exclusively employe] in or about bars or -a private bar, or in restaurants which do not carry on business on Sunday, oim half-holiday from two p.m. in each week is provided ax at present. All other hotel and restaurant employees an? to roneivo in each wo<;k a. whole holiday of 24 hours, comraencinp; at his usual hour for emnmoneinji work, in lien, of a weekly holiday. Thirteen day« (including Sundays) may be allowed in every three months.
