DALGETY AND CO.'S REPORT.
At our Wanganui salo yesterday we yarded 1100 sheep, principally hoggets and 150 cattle. Thero was practically no demand for sheep, but the. bulk of the cattle were quitted under the hammer. We quote: Mixed hoggets 13s. 9d., fat cows £6 2s. 6d. to £7 Bs. 6d., 2-year steers £4 7s. 6d. to £4 12s. 6d., 2i-ye<ar steers £5. yearling heifers £3 7s. 6d. to £3 13s. 6d., store cows £4 17s. to £5 25., dairy cows, medium £5 2s. to £0 11s., good £7 ss. to £7 10s., cowfl and calves £5 25., bulls £3 17s. to £4 16s.
