In tho Parnell-North•■ Shore match, Pamelas first innings realised 231, runs, and stumps were then drawn, owing to tho rain. Extras yielded 54, and Sutherland was top-scorer with 46 not out. • ■•■■■
Grafton gave a dull display of batting against Ponsonby, the afternoon's play ending in 174 for six wickets (Mason 49, Ward 37).
