BANKRUPTCY.
A petition for the discharge from bankruptcy of Arthur Shapton Richfiids was heard. As there was no objection by the D.0.A.. a discharge was granted. An order for the discharge of Mary Frances Thomson was also mflde. Mr Mackay appeared for both petitioners.
An order was made delegating the public examination of Arthur Henry Langdale to the Deputy Registrar of the Supremo Court. Mr Hut ton s;ppearod for the D.O.A.
