In .spite of the extremely bacT weithek\ the Ops-ra House was' again well filled when tho local company presented their bi-weekly programme for the list time. The pictures proved most interesting and amusing, whilst the illustrated song, sung by the lady member of the Zealanclia, Trio, was a great treat. The company appear again on Saturday night, when tho management •will introduce the famous Ardell, and also Miss Fanny Halle. These artists, who have only appeared in the four centres of ISew Zealand, and who leave, on the 23rd inst. for America, have been making great hits at the Theatre Royal, Wellington, last week. Particulars r-f their performances will b-3 advertised later. The engagement of such artists as tkes? entails big expe-nsy, and those enterprising local citizens are sure to reap- their {reward in good houses. A complete change of Films will also be presented on Saturday. No extra charge is being made.
