(Per Press Association. ) DUNEDIN, August 15. At tlie» ; Suprome Court to-day a young man nWied John Keen* was charged with having committed a wilfully indecent act with intent to assault a woman. The accused was found not guilty. Another charge' of a similar nature against the accused will be heard to-morrow.
WELLINGTON, August-15, At tho Supreme Court to-day,. Robert Stawart was found guilty of forging a. telegram far money and a receipt for a moneyi-cofter telegr^jri. He was sentenced to three years' hard labour.
