The Prince of Wales has opened the new naval harbour at Dover. The harbour has taken 11 years to construct, and cost five millions. President Taft has accepted the resignation of Mr. Crane, recently appointed Minister at Pekin, who was suspended for being too talkative. It is believed in Washington that this is due to Japan's intimation that Mr. Crane was not acceptable.
