THE ELTHAM BURNING TRAGEDY.
DEATH OF MRS-. BILL AND ONE OF THE CHILDREN.

ELTHAM, July 5. Mrs. Bill, one of the victims of the burning accident near Eltham on Saturday, died at 7.30 on Saturday night. The deceased lady was about 37 years of age.
News has since been received of the death of the younger girl Bill, aged 4, in the Hawera hospital, at an early hour this "morning.
The elder girl, aged 11, is in a serious condition.
The Mayor of Eltham is making an appeal to the public on behalf of Mr. Bill, who is rendered penniless by the fire, ebsides losing his wife and child.
