REFORM MOVEMENT NOT CONNECTED WITH THE MURDER.

LONDON, July 4
Mr Banerjee (an Indian Press dolegate) presiding; over a crowded meeting of Indian residents and students in London said, that recording to their lofty idoals, murder, whatever th« motive be, is murder. He added that the Indians v.ere engaged in ti constitutional struggle and needed the sympathies of Englishmen and above all the blessing of God. Thpp would forfeit both
if they were guilty of the violation of law and order. A resolution passed recorded the horror and detestation of tho assassination and expressed heartfelt 'cond-jlences t^ the victims' families, and it added that the reform movement was in nowise connected with any propaganda of lawlessness and violence, winch was fraught with the deepest peril to the best interests of India.
