CONSIDERED IMPRACTICABLE
(United Press Association—Copyright.) LONDON, July 1. The " Daily Mail " says that the All Red Route Committee have not met for months. The. Government have ceased to regard it as a practical scheme, but it may be revived when the Grand Trunk Pacific Railway has been cvrnpleted, and the White Star Line is able to establish a Prince Rupert-Australasia service.
