Tn regard to three passengers by the Morayshire j'esterday, the Port Health Officer, after an examination of them, declined to permit them to land unless friends or relatives guaranteed their rupport.- Tubercular laryngitis, bone disease, and heart affection are stated as the respective ailments. •
