THE PARIS POSTAL STRIKE.

PARIS, March 26. No English mails have reached the Riviera for six days, and many visitors and invalids are consequently without funds.
There is jubilation amongst the strikers at their success in Paris, and this has created anxiety lest another strike is impending, especially as the Government threaten to prosecute the framers of yesterday's blatant manifesto.
