MR B. DIVE.
Mr Bradshaw Div© (Egmont) is a farmer residing at Eltham, and'is a son of a well-known ex-Hawera resident. Like his father, Mr Dive, who is a shrewd, common-sense man, with grit and determination, has also done well as a tiller of the soil, and is reputed to be a man of some substance. He has served an apprenticeship in local politics, having been for some time a member of the Hawera County Council and other bodies which'have had .much to do with the progress of his district, has been often heard in debate at gatherings of farmers, freezing companies, etc., and is. thought well of by his many friends.
