WELLINGTON, November 26. / It is stated that an appeal will be lodged against the election of Mr W. H. Field for the Otaki seat on the ground that sufficient secrecy was not observed at one of the polling booths. (Tho final figures were:—W. H. Field (G.) 2024, B. Brown (O.) 1931.) -
