THE ROYAL PICTURES.

TO-MORROW NIGHT.

The Royal Pictures Syndicate will give its first, exhibition in Wanganui to-morrow night at the Opera House. Ihe Company comes with the reputation of giving the best moving picture entertainment seen in the Dominion, and a testimony to this fact is given by the nine months' season at His Majesty's Theatre, Wellington, 4bd where the pictures are still running to crowded houses. This season is a record for th.c Dominion for a picture show. The programme for the initial entertainment in Wanganui is claimed to be a >hrst class one, of all new subjects In Blue and Grey" the Company has a picture which has roused audiences, for though no word is spoken the dramatic story is easily followed. Pictures such as the visit of the King and Queen and tho French President to the FrancoBritish Exhibition in London should not bo missed, for they bring to those unable to travel far distances the historymaking events of the world. This remark also applies to the picture of the American Fleet; this shows the great Armada of battleships as they entered San Francisco, and the great public functions held in the honour of the officers and men. It is the only original picture shown in New Zealand of* the American Fleet. For , "Grandfather's Pills it is claimed that it will draw shouts of laughter from the most austere. There should be a crowded house to-morrow evening. The box plan is at Messrs Jones and Son's, where seats may be reserved. Miss Beatrice Butler, a soprano singer who hails from Mew South Wales, will contribute vocal selections during the evening
