. AUCKLAND, September 1. It was recently cabled that two over-? due colliers—the British Monarch and' the Baron Minto—with coal for the American battleship fleet, had been reinsured at a premium of 10 guineas per cent. The British Monarch arrived at Auckland this morning, 75 days out from Newport News. Her captain reports passing the Baron Minto anchored in Magellan Straits. He attributes the lengthy voyage to stormy weather and high eeas.
