Daniel Munro to one year and nine months' imprisonment on a charge.of being.an incorrigiblo rogue and vagabond, Mr. Justice Edwards commented hi terras-'of unqualified condemnation on the action of counsel for accused in persisting in going on with the defence after the accused had pleaded guilts', thus putting the Court and the country to the.expenso of .trying■ the case twice. "For that solitary act of honesty in these.dishonest proceedings, "his Honor said, ad;dressing the prisoner, "I allow you a remission-of three months'."
