The. N.S.W. police said he - was unregistered. Further than that, he was a well-ltnowti abortionist and had de- . sorted his wife and family. He had been .convicted of theft in New Zealand and lived with a woman .who. had received four years' ■' sentence for obortion. His Honor sentenced Pearson to six months.
