FATAL FIRE AT INVERCARGILL

(Per Press Association.) iNVERCARGILL, August 31. A fftfur-roomed" house at Makarewa, owned- by~~ Mr Joseph Fraser, aged 66, was destroyed by fire. Mr Fraser, who was an-invalid , was burnt to death. His wife and son were engaged milking in a shed 100 yards away, and the place ivaa in names when they Teached the scene.
