BERLIN, December 17
In connection with the recent seizure on the island of Abumusa, MoenckLaus, senior partner of th© German firm involved, declares the action of the gunboat Lapwing in making the seizure was quite unjustifiable, since there was no coal or firearms on Abumusa. The firm only worked the oxide mines under a legal contract granted to Moenekhans. It is believed the incident will soon by settled amicably.
