All races to be run under the Rules of Racing as adopted by _the Racing Conference of New Zealand. 5. The committee .reserve the right to alter the date or time for declaration of weights, nominations, or acceptances as they may deem fit. 6. Hack means a horse that has not won at the time of entry a race of the value of 80 soys., or races of the collective value of 200 soys., since August Ist, 1899. 7. In entering horsos owners are particularly reminded that the name, or assumed name of the owner must be given. 8.
