TOKIO, November 20
Five hundred prisoners,., who .are embarking at Nagasaki for repatriation, began to ■mutiny. The Japanese constables, at the Russian officers' instance, placed them aboard one of the transports, on which Admiral ißozhdestvensky was a passenger. The Japanese to<rpedoeirs surrounded the transports.
